Intercept™ Silver & Jewelry Care - Business as Usual

You should have received an email on Friday, March 20th regarding our business practices during this COVID-19 pandemic. Our inventory levels remain strong, and we are actively monitoring our supply chain for any service disruptions. Additionally, we’re taking precautions and preventive actions within our facility to avoid exposure and stop the spread of the virus. Rest assured, we’re following the guidelines issued by the CDC to help minimize any potential health risks to ourselves, you, and your business.

Think Long Term.

Jewelry may not be at the top of everyone’s essentials list at this point in time. With all gatherings of 50 people and over being banned in many areas of the country, weddings and parties have been cancelled for the foreseeable future. Furthermore, those who were considering buying jewelry have probably delayed their purchase.

Keep in mind that further manufacturing impacts are likely to happen. Check with your suppliers, order any essentials in advance, and be mindful of your stock. With the current state of the economy, it’s important to ensure your inventory is taken care of. Think long term and look towards the future.

COVID-19 Business Tips

A number of state governments have issued executive orders suspending the operation of all “non-essential” businesses. Please check your state and local government’s status to ensure you’re meeting these requirements and regulations.

Certain branches of the federal government have a number of resources regarding COVID-19, such as the U.S. Small Business Administration. These include operational guidelines, loan programs, local assistance and more. We encourage you to access and review these resources to ensure you’re getting the assistance your business needs.

For those who still have their doors open or their supply chains running, think SAFETY FIRST. If customers are browsing and shopping, practice social distancing (6 feet). Wipe down shared areas and surfaces with disinfectant often. Wash your hands often, especially after contact and conversation with other people. Lastly, don’t touch your face.

We'll Get Through This.

Hang in there! We will get through this as we always have. Be sensible and let’s do what we can to keep ourselves and our community healthy and safe. Intercept™ Silver & Jewelry Care Co. wishes everyone good health and fortune during these tough times. Please don't hesitate to reply with any questions or comments.
